Twin Head Weigh Filler
The Liquid Pack Twin Head Weigh Filler is a basic filler, designed for the small to medium sized business, to accurately fill product into various sized containers, while making easy work for the operators, while utilising time and efficiency of automated filling.
These machines are easy to change fill volumes and filling speeds, while having the versatility of interchangeable fill nozzles, and the option of top filling or bottom filling.
The Twin Head Weigh Filler uses weight to accurately fill containers to the predetermined level, while not being subject to under-filling from aerated products, while filling one side at a time to allow the operator to change the container on the opposing side and prepare for the next container to be filled.
The Twin Head Weigh Filler can also be set to fill two different sizes of container on opposing sides of the machine.
These machines are suitable for use in chemical and agricultural facilities, and can be optioned to be suitable for food grade operations.
