Four Head Auto Filler

The Liquid Pack Four Head Auto Filler is an inline filler with conveyor, designed for filling containers with accuracy, repeatability and efficiency, with easy and fast change over between containers, fill volume and products.

These machines use a recipe based system through the machines HMI screen, which allows for quick and easy changeover of filling parameters, and fine tuning, to make sure accuracy and repeatability are easy to achieve, without needing to manually set up filling parameters upon every size or product change.

The Four Head Auto Fillers utilise servo driven fill head to allow for bottom filling, and movement during filling, to keep the fill smooth, and minimise foaming.

The machine also uses and advanced sensor system to make sure the machine will not start filling until all containers are in position. This prevents the machine from filling without a container underneath the fill nozzle.

The Auto Filler range use pumps controlled by variable speed drives, to control the flow of product, including ramping speeds and variable filling speeds, to allow for the most efficient filling possible.

Coupled with our minimal drip nozzles, automatic drip trays and advanced container counting system, the machine is designed to repeatably and accurately fill, while keeping the filling environment clean and minimising waste and time loss through needing to wash the machine down during operation.

The Auto Filler range uses top of the range safety components, to ensure that safety and productivity are both at the highest standard. The Auto Fillers have been independently risk assessed by a third party to confirm they meet the Australian standards for safety in the workplace.

As Liquid Pack designs and builds all machines in our Melbourne workshop, this means we are able to customise any of our machines to suit the requirements of whatever products your business intends to fill.
